Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for the opportunity and thanks for being here today.

Now, today, I want to refer to one big problem we are facing at this moment. Our city is full of street dogs. Few years ago, I would have said: "Why most people don't like dogs in the street? I mean, they don't do anything", and that was because I don't dislike them, I'm a friend of them. But I didn't understand the real problem until now that I see it with different eyes. We must kill all of them.

Noooo! Of course not, that is a bad joke, I know, but not as bad as the idea itself, it's just stupid... Hahaha.

You see, dogs didn't start the problem themselves, but they create a lot of other problems.

Some of those problems are that they rip apart plastic garbage bags and spread all the waste around. It doesn't look good for the city, and it occurs everywhere, even in the top neighbourhods... Something that is very unhealthy by the way.

Another problem is the pack of dogs, a situation that can be very dangerous because they become very wild and tend to hunt their food. Many children and adults too! have suffered this kind of attacks. They are hungry...

And the last but not less important thing that I want to point today is that they are sentient beings, they feel Love, and they feel pain too.

Once, I saw a fluffy one that got very happy when he saw a little girl, then he realized she wasn't the girl he had expected to be. I could feel the sadness in his eyes. And YES, I know some of you have felt the Love of your dogs, they are Family too. They need it, and street dogs are not different.

But I haven't come only to tell bad news. I have projects and one of them is dedicated to street dogs and other homeless animals.

The "PET MATE CENTRE" will be the animal care of the future, and I'm talking about a close future.

- It will have monthly sterilization programs.

- A clinic working 24 hours and 7 days a week, and a pharmacy made specially for Animals.

- A beauty salon and a shopping space for animal care and products.

- Classes to make people aware of what causes the proble.

- We will have people in charge to look for street dogs and pick them up to our five-star shelter home. But we will need a lot of volunteers for this job and I intend to compensate the people willing to help with a bonus called "El Bono Perro", this last word comes from "Perro" which means "Dog" in spanish, of course. I'll give more details bout the bonus in other opportunity, just to say QUE ES DE LA BUENA...

We can change out city and make this true.
