To the manager of Phontany Company:

My name is Francisco Venwer and I am writing this letter because I bought one of your best phones but it hasn't worked since some days after the purchase.

I was very excited about this new phone but the most important thing is that I am a business man and I haven't been able to talk to my costumers causing me a big problem in my job.

One week ago (September 1) I talked to a supervisor but he hasn't contacted me with a solution yet. I live out of Gran City in Chocho Island and I need you to send me a new phone or at least getting my money back.
