Complaint Letter
"The Bus"
To the manager of Stel-Zipbus Transport Company:
My name is Giancarlo Ribouchette and I write this message/letter to let you know the whole discontentment your company has made me and us (the other passengers) suffer because of your poor bus maintenance.
Our ride was in the middle of Chiloe when suddenly we hear a blast and the bus started moving side to side, a flat tyre it was. Some of the passengers got off the bus to help the driver and the assistant to change the flat tyre. Almost one hour later, the bus finally started moving forward again. Not even two hours passed when we heard a blast, AGAIN. Another flat tyre. Most of us were already starting to be angry, the same passengers got off the bus to help only to notice that the other spare tyre was a flat one, Bravo Mr, award winner! My journalist team and I decided to travel overland (in your famous and fancy company) because of the big storm passing by the area that by the way we were going to cover as an important story in our destination, a remote and damaged (by it) village. Well, speeding up, I am sending this message from a, Thanks to God, real bathroom one week later since my trip began when I finally and luckily have cellphone signal.
I know we are going to discuss and come up to a solution about this unpleasant experience together with all the passengers, the driver and the assistant when we meet you at the courts.
Thank you for reading and see you then.
PS: When we finally come to the village it was the most blazing sun I've ever seen.
Sincerely Yours,
Giancarlo Ribouchette.
